What to include
- A data correction: the page address, the figure you believe is wrong, and the source you are comparing it with.
- Hosted survey collection: your organization's name, state, which instrument, and roughly how many coded links you need. See use an instrument in your network first.
- An accessibility problem: what you were trying to do, your screen reader or browser, and what you heard or saw. See the accessibility statement.
